Brief Description of Liuhe Bafa
Liuhe Bafa is an ancient Chinese martial art, seldom seen in the West. Beautiful to watch, the performer appears to move with gentle softness through the form. Liuhe Bafa is frequently likened to Taijiquan, however the feel and quality of movement is unique and quite different from Taijiquan.Liuhe Bafa emphasizes continuous flowing movement, rising and falling like waves in an ocean, with variations in rythmn and speed - much like a river, hence Liuhe Bafa has also been called "Water Boxing".
